We act in your best interest and always place your interests first as our fiduciary commitment to you. We are offering the following services to individuals, high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, charitable organizations and business entities. There are no requirements for opening and maintaining an account for the services. Also there is no minimum account size for the services. There is no guarantee that you will meet your financial goal.

We are specializing in equities such as stocks traded in the major U.S stock markets such as New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and U.S Treasury bills, notes and bonds. Our services are based on combinations of these securities.
1. Investment Advising
Our Investment Advising Service is provided as a fee-based 1 hour meeting. This is a non-discretionary-based service. You are highly encouraged to prepare for this meeting. Multiple continuous meetings are welcomed if requested. However, to minimize the cost, we ask you to be well-prepared before this meeting. You can schedule meeting appointments by phone, email or from our website. This service does not ask for written discretionary authorization from you. This service is conveniently available whenever you have any questions and concerns and would like to get answers as soon as possible such as
  • Questions regarding where to begin with investment such as stocks and/or U.S Treasury.
  • Questions regarding mentality when beginning investment such as stocks.
  • Questions regarding how to select stocks and/or U.S Treasury and what to select among them.
  • Questions regarding how to find financial reports for publicly traded companies and auction results for U.S Treasury bills, notes and bonds.
  • Questions regarding the balance of selected stocks and U.S Treasury bills, notes and/or bonds.
  • Questions regarding selected stocks in terms of how publicly available financial reports sound.
  • Concerns about stocks that you have selected. Some of the stocks might have been picked up speculatively.
  • Concerns about mentality in rising markets and declining markets.
2. Portfolio Management
Our Portfolio Management Service is a fee-based service for you with long term as well as short term investment goals. This is a discretionary-based service. To explain how exactly we provide this service to you and to see if our service is the best fit for you, we have a free meeting with you. Understanding each other and building trust with you before actually getting into this service are essential. Once both of you and the Advisor find that the Portfolio Management Service is the right choice for you, we ask and obtain a written discretionary authority agreement from you for us to be able to buy and sell stocks within your brokerage account.We are actively involved in this service to provide
  • Continuous management:
    • Thorough judgement on the balance of portfolio.
    • Thorough judgement of the best fit investment for you.
  • Continuous monitoring:
    • Thorough analysis on publicly available financial reports.
    • Thorough consideration of the current and future economic trends such as evolution of smartphones.
  • Portfolio adjustment when needed:
    • Determination of changing part of the portfolio.

Fee Schedule

Our fee schedule is fixed and it is not negotiable.
Investment Advising
Our Investment Advising Service is consisted of an 1 hour meeting. The fee is $150 each meeting to discuss your immediate questions and concerns regarding investment.
Portfolio Management
Our Portfolio Management Service is consisted of our active and continuous involvement, management and monitoring. The fee is billed quarterly. The fee is 0.25% of the market value of your assets under management on the last day of each quarter. If this service is terminated before the end of a quarter, it is billed 0.25% of the market value of your assets under management on the day that the service was terminated. The bill occurs within 5 business days from the day of the termination. Here are some examples of this service’s fee.

The service fee is always the market value of assets under manage on the last day of quarter multiplied by 0.25% or 0.0025 and the fee is billed quarterly.

Seiya Kawashima
Seiya is the owner, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Two Capital, LLC. Seiya has been working for the University of Chicago over 10 years since getting his Master of Science in Computer Science degree from Loyola University Chicago. He worked as a software engineer for the Department of Radiology at the University of Chicago. Later he started working as the system administrator at The University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
His deep kwnoledge of technology and familiarity of technology companies are his strength to value technology companies for investment. This is the core part of his technology company based diversified investment. There are many hypes surrounding new technology and the technology company. Without deep knowledge of technology and familiarity of technology companies, those hypes negatively affect your evaluation against the companies' stock prices. Or you might even speculate those companies' stock prices. To eliminate thse negative effects, Seiya uses his expertise and analyzes the publicly available financial reports to evalue stocks as pieces of businesses.
Seiya participates in SCCA, Sports Car Club of America, Track Night race track events and Time Trial competitions throughout the U.S.
